ReputationExpert.ca's total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the decisions of any third-party platform.
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties except where required by law or necessary to fulfill the service requested.
