1. About Us

ReputationExpert.ca is an independent consulting and intermediary service. We connect clients with the appropriate specialists and channels to assist with online reputation management, content removal, account recovery, and related digital services.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any social media platform, search engine, or third-party website. We do not represent any platform in any capacity.

2. No Platform Affiliation

ReputationExpert.ca is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, X Corp, YouTube, Yelp, Glassdoor, or any other platform. All platform names are trademarks of their respective owners.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

All services are provided on a consulting and facilitation basis. Outcomes are subject to platform review, third-party decisions, and factors outside our control. No results are guaranteed.

Timelines provided are estimates only and may vary depending on the complexity of the case and platform response times.

4. Proof of Ownership

For all account recovery, reinstatement, and related services, the client must be the verified original owner of the account or content in question. By submitting a request, the client confirms they are the rightful owner.

• ReputationExpert.ca reserves the right to decline any request where ownership cannot be reasonably established.
• We are not responsible for any misuse of our services.
• Providing false proof of ownership may result in immediate termination of service with no refund.

5. Refund Policy

• If a service fails to produce the agreed outcome, the client is eligible for a full refund.
• If a service is successfully completed, no refund is available after the agreed warranty days have passed.
• If content or account access is restored within the warranty period and then removed or lost again, we will reattempt the service at no additional charge.
• Refunds are not available for Custom Quote services once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• To request a refund, contact us at info@reputationexpert.ca within the applicable warranty period.

6. Client Responsibility

The client agrees that they will not use ReputationExpert.ca's services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Gaining unauthorized access to accounts they do not own
• Removing content they do not have the right to remove
• Circumventing platform policies for malicious intent
• Harassment, defamation, or targeting of individuals

ReputationExpert.ca reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time, for any reason, without obligation to provide explanation.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReputationExpert.ca's total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the decisions of any third-party platform.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties except where required by law or necessary to fulfill the service requested.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
